Slack: Please Update Location & Photo

​Hello, as a way to help the rest of the team get to know you, could you please do the following within Slack (if you feel comfortable doing these things)?

1. Please add a photo of your face

2. Please add your City, State after your Full name (not your Display name) - for example: Dale McGrew (Oakland, CA)

3. What you are doing to help WeVote in the Title input field

Instructions for making these updates

In the lower left of your Slack client, there is a profile icon. Click on that, and then click on "Profile" from the drop-down menu:

On the profile summary page, there is an "Edit" link - click that:​

In the "Edit your profile" modal which opens up, upload your photo, and then add your City / State in the "Full Name" input field. It is also helpful to add how you are helping WeVote in the Title input field:​

Additional notes: 

• In general we use Slack messages for quick questions or time-sensitive discussions. I encourage people to use email for longer topics, discussions, or specific "To Do" items you are asking someone to do. (I find email to be a better TODO-list than Slack.) 

• Please install the Slack app (as opposed to using the website) on your computer, and on your phone, since it makes quick communication with your teammates easier.
