Tools to help you manager your team
This folder contains multiple jobs aid for those at WeVote. If you find something is needed please contact the Technical Writing team.
This will be used to set up interviews with potential new volunteers.
Jazz HR is our program to help organize and manage new volunteers.
Ask HR for access if you intend to do interviews.
Note for Gmail: is not necessary and will need to be updated as people come and go, so use as you need and you can only have 10 recipients with the free version.
Managing volunteers
Ask for more volunteers from who:
Contact HR if you need to increase your numbers. HR slack channel is locked, but you can send a message to HR lead, found on the private HR team page.
Updating members who left. As a PM it is your job to help keep the All Team Directory updated. You can either do it yourself here or let HR know of the changes and they will update the spread sheet.
What to do with extra people during a slow down.
Reach out to other PM in the #project-managers and see if anyone needs an extra person.
Keep their contact information and ask them to pause their volunteering until they are needed again.
Please use this for all any new documents and/or intranet sites. This will help use keep WeVote organized and formalized.
